PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD component management device capable of sending to a CAD component management server CAD component information that guarantees a certain level of quality or the like. SOLUTION: The CAD component management device includes a CAD component storage part 11 for storing CAD component information as CAD information about circuit elements of a circuit; a CAD component acquisition part 12 for acquiring the CAD component information that the CAD component information storage part 11 stores; a sending requirement determining part 13 for determining if the CAD component information acquired by the CAD component acquisition part 12 meets the sending requirements for sending the CAD component information; and a sending part 14 for sending the CAD component information that the sending requirement determining part 13 has determined to meet the sending requirements to a CAD component management server for sharing the CAD component information.
