PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for installing an insulation board material having a wide allowable width for absorbing a variation in working dimensions of the insulation board material, a variation in dimensions between support frame bodies, and shrinkage of the support frame bodies and the insulation board material, capable of increasing a construction speed, and capable of preventing the insulation board material from falling and the airtightness of the insulation board from lowering. SOLUTION: This member for installing the insulation board material used for installing the insulation board material in a building having the support frame bodies comprises a film part formed of a band-like sheet, a plate part joined to the long side of the film part, a bent part formed on the side of the plate part on the opposite side of the side to which the film part is joined so as to be bent vertically to the plate part, a first packing part formed projectedly from the principal plane of the plate part, and a second packing part formed projectedly from the bent part.
