PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a shock caused by dropping on a corner. SOLUTION: A packaging apparatus comprises an inner plate 16 provided on an internal bottom surface of a packaging box 1 for packaging an object to be packaged such as a lighting equipment body 3 or a globe 19 approximately at the center of the inner plate 16. An approximately semicircular shock-operating piece 23 which has its corner cut and pops out by the drop on the corner for easily compressing the shock on the corner is provided in the vicinity of the corner of the inner plate 16 made of corrugated fiberboard or the like. The shock-operating piece 23 is preferably easy to pop out wherein only a rear side of a base end of the piece 23 is cut and the front side is connected with the surface of the inner plate 16 via a thin part.
