PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for changing operation contents of a controller including a communication controller simply. SOLUTION: When fixing an air filling part 36 and an abnormality informing unit 40 loaded on each wheel to a wheel, the wheel is first fitted into the air filling part 36. A switching washer 44 and a tightening nut 42 are fitted into the air filling part 36 and the abnormality informing unit 40 from above the wheel, and the tightening nut 42 and the air filling part 36 are screw-fitted. At this time, a relative mounting angle of the switching washer 44 and the abnormality informing unit 40 is adjusted, and only a switch corresponding to an arrangement position of a wheel among a plurality of switches provided in the abnormality informing unit 40 is turned ON by the switching washer 44.
