PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a tableware stand, which is pivotally supported to a tableware receiver body, in the erected state or in the laid-down state by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The tableware receiver body 2 with a plurality of first and second base wires 2a and 2b crossing and connected to one another comprises a fixed shaft part 7a and a flexible rod 8 with a flexible shaft part 8a at one end whose movable shaft part 8a side is movable relative to the other end. The tableware stand 5 pivotally supported to the tableware receiver body 2 comprises a first rod body 51 pivotally supported to the fixed shaft part 7a, a second rod body 52 pivotally supported to the movable shaft part 8a, and a pressure part 55 for pressing the movable shaft part 8a in the direction of the fixed shaft part 7a by the oscillation of the second rod body 52 with a pivotally supported part 52a, which is rotatably set around the movable shaft part 8a, and the movable shaft part 8a as fulcrums.
