PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a touch panel which improves the maneuverability by clarifying the mutual relation between individual display buttons and makes the most use of a display screen, and a processor of an endoscope apparatus including the touch panel with the high maneuverability. SOLUTION: The first to the eighth display buttons 52A-H and first to eighth touch ranges 54A-H to sense the pressure by a user are disposed on the touch panel 40. Since a user tends to press the upper sides of the first to the eighth display buttons 52A-H, the first to the eighth touch ranges 54A-H are mainly the extended ranges of the first to the eighth display buttons 52A-H to the upper side. Also, each of the first to the fourth display buttons 52A-D contacts with the other display button in this group. Likewise, the fifth and the sixth display buttons 52E and F contact with each other. Thereby, the maneuverability of the touch panel 40 is improved and the limited area of the display screen can be efficiently utilized by disposing the mutually relevant display buttons to contact with each other.
