PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shoulder strap of a camera, etc. put on a shoulder from slipping by attaching an anti-slip hook of the shoulder strap to a shoulder belt of a backpack. SOLUTION: A tape adjuster 2 or clip 3 with the anti-slip hook 1 is attached to the shoulder belt 4 of the backpack, so that the shoulder strap 5 of the camera, etc. can be prevented from falling by hooking the shoulder strap 5 to the anti-slip hook 1.
