<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF module in which an input/output signal can be normally passed and danger of electromagnetic coupling or unwanted radio wave transmission is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An RF module 10 comprises a signal input terminal 21, a phase shifter MMIC 15 electrically connected to the signal input terminal 21 by a first connection means (wire W1a), an amplifier MMIC 17 electrically connected to the phase shifter MMIC 15 by second connection means (straight substrate 19 and wire W2a) for amplifying an inputted signal, a heat spreader 13 with the phase shifter MMIC 15 and the amplifier MMIC 17 placed thereon, and a signal output terminal 23 electrically connected to the amplifier MMIC 17 by a third connection means (wire W4a). The first connection means, the second connection means, and the third connection means are in a GSG structure constructed from a linear signal connection running on the center and ground connections provided at a fixed interval on both sides of the signal connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
