PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a door with a window for a storage provided with a window of arbitrary shape, and being inexpensively manufacturable. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with an exterior plate 18 having a first opening part 19, an interior plate 22 mounted in opposition to the exterior plate 18 at a prescribed interval and having a second opening part 23 corresponding to the first opening part 19, and a double glass plate 26 mounted between the first and second opening parts 19, 23. Further a first packing 30 is mounted all round an opening edge 20 of the exterior plate 18, and a second packing 31 is mounted all round an opening edge 24 of the interior plate 22, so that the first packing 30 and the second packing 31 are closely kept into contact with the double glass plate 26, and the double glass plate 26 is held between the first and second opening parts 19, 23 when assembling the interior plate 18 and the exterior plate 22.
