PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of efficiently performing the driving operation when inverting and conveying a paper sheet. SOLUTION: A spring clutch 40 is mounted on one end of a discharge roller shaft 32 with a discharge roller 24 fixed thereto. The spring clutch 40 comprises an input hub 41, a clutch collar 42 and an output hub 43 with their tooth parts formed on the outer circumference thereof, and the tooth number of the clutch collar 42 is set to be the same as that of the output hub 43. A drive transmission gear 33 with the driving force from a main motor transmitted thereto is arranged in an engaged state with the input hub 41, and a drive transmission gear 34 with the driving force from a sub motor transmitted thereto is arranged in an engaged state with the tooth parts of the clutch collar 42 and the output hub 43.
