PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vertical size of a slide fork small by fitting a driving motor in a thickness size of the slide fork. SOLUTION: The driving motor 42 housed on a base end side in a base unit of the slide fork 16 drives a top unit 22 and a middle unit 20 by belts 44, 46. The top unit 22 is equipped with plate material for covering an upper part of the slide fork 16. The middle unit 20 is provided with a connection part 66 at its center part in the longitudinal direction so as to connect left/right parts of the middle unit and fix the belt 46.
