PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a lifting stroke a support base 3 of an article to be conveyed supported so as to be liftable through a cross link 13a while retaining a conveying traveling body 1 to a low floor structure. SOLUTION: A first cam rail 47A acting on a first part 28 to be operated and lifting the support base 3 of the article to be conveyed to an intermediate height H1; and a second cam rail 48 acting on a second part 29 to be operated and lifting the support base 3 of the article to be conveyed from the intermediate height H1 to the highest height H2 are laid. The second part 29 to be operated is provided at a position of an intermediate folding fulcrum 36 of a toggle link 32 interposed between a cross link 13a and a fixed position at the conveying traveling body 1 side. When the support base 3 of the article to be conveyed is raised to the intermediate height H1, the toggle link 32 is developed such that upper both end fulcrums 37, 39 are divided to both front and rear sides in a traveling direction relative to the intermediate folding fulcrum 36.
