<p>A photovoltaic power generating device (solar cell) with improved power generating efficiency and cost efficiency to be applied to wider range use. The solar cell is formed by stacking an organic cell layer provided by bonding a p-type organic semiconductor and an n-type organic semiconductor, and an inorganic cell layer provided by bonding a p-type inorganic semiconductor and an n-type inorganic semiconductor. Each of the solar cell layers is thinned to be flexible.</p>
