<p>The invention belongs to the field of inner combustion engine, which discloses a diesel direct-injection combustion system and method thereof with self-adapting controllable hot premix. The system includes a fuel nozzle or a combined type oil nozzle with orifices, a combustion chamber with communicating spaces and an intake passage. The combustion chamber is composed of two or more communicating spaces, which can control the propagation path of premix combustion. When the chamber cooperates with the injecting timing and the fuel supplying timing, it can effectively control the distribution of mixture and the fire start and the combustion speed under different conditions, thereby the combustion system can have self-adaptability and controllability. The chamber can form circumfluence to promote the formation of homogeneous mixture. The intake swirl ratio O is 0~2, the aperture of nozzle is 50~180µm, and the injection pressure is more than 800bar. The invention can reduce notably the flame temperature; HC and NO<SUB>X</SUB> and so on, thereby increase the combustion efficiency.</p> |
