<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-forming method of article capable of forming an antireflection film of a low refractive index and improving adhesiveness of the film, and to provide an article formed by using the film-forming method. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of amorphous fluorinated resins different in refractive index and adhesiveness are mixed in such a proportion as to be able to obtain the specified refractive index and the adhesiveness, the mixture is applied on an article and, thereby, an antireflection film of a low-refractive index is formed on the surface of the article. In the article thus manufactured, the antireflection film of a low-refractive index is formed on the surface of the article while a plurality of the amorphous fluorinated resins different in refractive index and adhesiveness are mixed in such a proportion as to be able to obtain the specified refractive index and the adhesiveness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
