PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger wherein contact pieces of spring properties serving as electrode terminals are easily assembled, a number of parts can be reduced, and assembling work can be facilitated. SOLUTION: A circuit board 3 and coil spring terminals 4 are assembled inside an upper case 1 and a lower case 2. The coil spring terminals 4 are so formed that one ends of coils 40 are bent into hooks to form connecting ends 41 and the other ends are folded in two stages to form projected contact pieces 42. A recess 20 is formed in the bottom face of the lower case 2, and the coils 40 are fit into there. Guide shafts 21 to be engaged with the coils 40 are formed on one wall of the recess 20, and grooves 22 and 23 to be engaged with the drawn portions extended from the coils 40 are formed in the walls adjacent to the guide shafts 21 on both sides. The coil spring terminals 4 are held in predetermined upright position by this recess 20. The circuit board 3 is assembled to the upper side, and the connecting ends 41 are soldered.
