PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack of a constitution which can secure high reliability while achieving low cost. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 has the constitution provided with a secondary battery in which an opening of the outer package 11 is sealed by a sealing body 12, and in which a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal 14 are projected and installed at the sealing body 12, and protective circuit boards which are respectively connected to the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal 14. Then, in the secondary battery, part of the sealing body 12 at which the protective circuit boards are installed includes the protective circuit board and is covered with a cover 20. Here, two connectors 50 are joined to the sealing body 12, and the cover 20 is fitted against an engaging part 50a of the connector 50 because fitting claws 20a formed on the inner wall face are engaged.
