PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the burden on a user in the setting a destination point, while facilitating route search. SOLUTION: When image data photographed by a portable phone 14 with a camera 14a are transmitted to a navigation device 100, a control circuit 8 receives the image data via a communication unit 13 or a transmitter-receiver 16 to perform image recognition and sets a destination point, based on the resulting data for image recognition.
