PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely clear out air by vapor, and accurately sealing a measured amount of water. SOLUTION: A predetermined amount of water is fed from a mouth part 3 of a heat pipe main body 1. Vacuuming is conducted for a predetermined time by a vacuum pump 15 from the mouth part 3 while evaporating the water until the water is completely vaporized. When a predetermined degree of vacuum of an inside is achieved, a predetermined amount of water is injected in the heat pipe main body 1, and the mouth part 3 of the heat pipe main body 1 is sealed air tightly after completion of the injection.
