PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide monitoring adjusted for network transmission. SOLUTION: A network transmission event is monitored at a first network position to detect a predetermined state of this event. Information associated with this event is acquired and supplied to a central monitor position. The information associated with this event is supplied from the central monitor position to a network monitor device at the position of one or more other networks. The network event corresponding to this information is monitored at the position of the other network. The network event corresponding to this information is supplied to the central monitor position.
