PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal control circuit which can reduce the emission of unwanted radio waves, resulting from signals repeated rises and falls, irrespective of whether the emission is periodical. SOLUTION: The signal control circuit controls a signal repeating rise and fall to be output from a signal processing circuit 11 and is provided with a pattern generation means 20, which generates pattern information representing a certain pattern, signal wave form adjusting means (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q6) which change at least one of the rise times and fall times of signal to be output from the signal processing circuit 11, following a pattern representing the pattern information.
