PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present program information for facilitating selection of a program valuable for a user according to schedule of the user when the user moves. SOLUTION: A program information acquiring section 107 acquires program information about programs being broadcast. The program information may include highlight information representative of a specific time band where highlight audio/video information emerges for each program, or the highlight information may be acquired separately. A program priority determining section 108 determines priority of each program such that the priority for a program including the specific time band between current time and a scheduled arriving time of the user at a goal is increased. An output information control section 109 outputs information reflecting the priority of each program thus determined, displays program information at a display section 110 depending on the priority, and performs voice guidance of program information from a voice output section 111.
