PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which is useful as a base resin for low viscosity inks for ink jets, flexo, gravure and the like, and can quickly be cured by the irradiation of active energy rays even under high humidities. SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises (component a) a cyclic aliphatic epoxy compound represented by formula (1) (R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>6</SB>are each H or a 1 to 6C linear or branched alkyl), (component b) one or more compounds each having one or more oxetanyl groups in the molecule and having a viscosity of≤50 mPa s at room temperature, (component c) a latent cationic polymerization initiator, and (component d) another epoxy resin to be, if necessary, added. The curable composition, wherein the component a is 30 to 90 pts. wt. per 100 pts. wt. of the total amount of the components a and b.
