PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure of an in-wheel motor capable of obtaining strength and rigidity of a joint part sufficiently by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A housing of the in-wheel motor 100 is composed of a gear housing 120 functioning as a suspension side dividing housing fixed directly to a suspension device and a motor housing 110 functioning as a connection side housing connected with the gear housing 120. In the gear housing 120, a boss 148 for fixation fixed to the suspension device is formed.
