PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation easiness of a cover member to a vehicular bumper, to prevent the cover member from dropping off from the vehicular bumper, and to suppress rattling of the cover member to the vehicular bumper after installing the cover member to the vehicular bumper. SOLUTION: Engaged portions 18a, 18b, 18c are provided at a plurality of positions on a peripheral edge of an opening portion 3 of the vehicular bumper 2, and engaging portions 9a, 9b, 9c respectively corresponding to the engaged portions 18a, 18b, 18c of the vehicular bumper 2 are provided at a plurality of positions on a back side of the cover member 6. One engaging portion 9a is click-engaged with the engaged portion 18a of the vehicular bumper by using elastic bending of the entire cover member 6. Other engaging portions 9b, 9c are click-engaged with the engaged portions 18b, 18c of the vehicular bumper by using partial elastic bending of only the engaging portions 9b, 9c.
