PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degree-of-attention measuring technology which detects only the face of a person to whom attention is paid, as an object, from images photographed by an image pickup device and measures the degree of attention. SOLUTION: A degree-of-attention measuring device 10 comprises an image inputting part 11, a discriminator 14, a discrimination result integrating part 15 and a degree-of-attention computing part 13. The discriminator 14 and the discrimination result integrating part 15 are composed by a discriminator setting device 20 which comprises, an image data accumulating part 21 which accumulates a plurality of images including the images of persons' faces, a degree-of-attention measuring condition inputting part 25 which inputs degree-of-attention measuring conditions, a discriminator usage table generating part 24 which generates a discriminator usage table, a discriminator specification table 23 which stores discriminator specification information, and an integrated discriminator setting part 22 which sets a plurality of discriminators and the discrimination result integrating part 15 based on the discriminator specification information stored in the discriminator specification table and the image data accumulated in the image data accumulating part 21.
