PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning device etc., capable of giving visual notice so that a learner easily determines current learning states. SOLUTION: The learning device 10 is equipped with a plurality of lamps which are arranged so as to be observed from a device periphery and a light emission item setting part 134 generates light emission indication data 240 indicating light emission styles of the respective lamps according to light emission items set in a light emission item list table 230. To be more specific, the light emission item setting part 134 generates the light emission indication data 240 for displaying learning states, such as the learning course, progress level, learning level, correct/incorrect decision results of answer inputs, and a reason for non-understanding of a student of the learning device 10 on lamps with illumination/blinking patterns of the respective lamps.
