PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave motion unit anchored to an end part of a piezoelectric ceramics so that a vibration plate is pushed out, which is capable of stably and largely vibrating a small-size vibration plate with a saved electric power. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic wave vibration unit 23 is formed by partially folding the vibration plate 27 at the side of one end arm 29 of the plate-like piezoelectric ceramics 25 to anchor. The ultrasonic wave vibration unit 23 conducts the ultrasonic wave vibration of the vibration plate 27 based on the length vibration of the piezoelectric ceramics 25. The piezoelectric ceramics 25 has an unsymmetrical plane view shape to the virtual line T established in parallel with one end arm 29 at the center between the one end arm 29 and the opposite arm 31.
