PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body posture keeping apparatus capable of making both of cushioning characteristics and air peremeability, which are effective for keeping a body position, compatible with each other, thereby improving a body position keeping function. SOLUTION: A function part of a body position keeping apparatus is made into a divided lamination structure. A medium lamination part is made of a soft material with resilience/elasticity/restoration performance and positioned as an air supply ventilation function part with cushion performance. An upper and/or lower face of the air supply ventilation part of the air supply ventilation part in the middle layer is covered by arbitrary cushion materials with different permeability (e.g. urethane foam materials) to constitute the body position support part. By complex cushioning action of the divided constitution layers and heat exchange action promoting effect of the body position support part by ventilation action from the air supply ventilation layer, a body temperature accumulating condition of the body position support part is relaxed and improved and a sinking degree of the body position support part is made controllable.
