PURPOSE:To make a photoelectric converter to have a flat frequency characteristic by remarkably reducing the parasitic inductance and parasitic capacitance of the converter. CONSTITUTION:The converter 1 is constituted in such a way that prism-like ceramic members 4 and 5 are respectively brazed to side faces of a prism-like metallic member 7 over two faces and a metallic plate 6 is brazed to the bottom surfaces of the members 4 and 5 and 7. In addition, an integrated circuit 3 or a field-effect transistor is mounted on one surface of the member 7 and a photoelectric conversion element 2 is mounted on one surface of the member 4. |
