PURPOSE:To facilitate the substitution processing and the working of the substitute data. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with respective substitute data 5 in which a structure having data to specify each substitute character column of document files 41-4n constitutes a loop by the front-to-back pointers, end batch substitute data 6 in which the loop of the structure to specify each end batch substitute character column is the data of each structure, and history data 7 in which the structure having the data of the order of the processing of the end batch substitution or respective substitution constitutes the loop. Then, the complete history of the substitution processing can be obtained, and the retry of the substitution can be attained by the addition, delete, and rewriting of the structure. |
