PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering to the outer part and to compact a dust collector itself by directly collecting spatter and dust generated at the time of laser beam machining. SOLUTION: A holder 27 having an opening part opened downward at the outer peripheral part of a nozzle 23 fitted to the tip part of a laser beam machining head 21 is a laser beam machining apparatus 1, is arranged at the lower part of the laser beam machining head 21. Dust collecting passages 29, 31 are formed in the holder 27 and a dust collecting chamber 33 communicated with the dust collecting passages 29, 31 is arranged at the outer peripheral part of the laser beam machining head 21 and a dust collecting duct 37 is connected with the dust collecting chamber 33. A dust collecting box 9 is arranged at the lower part of a cutting plate 7 and a dust collecting passage 11 penetrated to the vertical direction in the cutting plate 7 is formed. Further, a dust collecting chamber 13 communicated with the dust collecting passage 11 is arranged at the upper part of the outer periphery of the dust collecting box 9 and a dust collecting dust 17 is connected with the dust collecting chamber 13. |
