A catalyst for producing hydrocarbon from a syngas characterized in that the catalyst is composed of catalyst support which a metallic compound is loaded on and that the impurity content of the catalyst is in the range from 0.01 mass% to 0.15 mass%, a producing method of the catalyst, and a producing method of the hydrocarbon using the catalyst.
