The present invention refers to a device for a raised cylinder-type sewing machine, and more particularly to a raised cylinder joined by a detachable mechanism, said mechanism being removed and suitably assembled to a different unit. The invention mainly comprises: a high cylinder A and a high cylinder B, the latter cylinder being separated and changed to a further high cylinder-type device, while the cylinder A is mounted into a lower axis located at the lower side of a base plate. The lower axis is horizontally rotated and subsequently vertically rotated by means of a mechanism and then horizontally rotated again due to the horizontal rotating mechanism located at the high cylinder A. The high cylinder B unit contains a spindle and an arrangement including an alignment washer, an eccentric axis, a connecting slot and a plate yoke for exchanging the high cylinder.
