A fuel cell power generating system, wherein if a significant difference is produced between a target operation pattern and an actual load pattern, the system can accurately determine whether an operation must be continued without changing the operation pattern or operating conditions such as hydrogen manufacturing amount must be changed according to the actual load pattern by pre- setting a time zone where the operation pattern can be provided with good convergence by learning and a time zone where the operation pattern cannot be provided by learning. Thus, the operation adapted to a complicated change in load such as family can be easily corrected based on the planned operation according to the pre-determined operation pattern.
