The device (1) has two components (2, 2) with each component comprising a holding unit (3) to hold a rolling axle (4) of a roller blind in rotation. Each component has a holding unit (12) to hold an attachment (9) of the roller-blind in rotation and a cooperation unit (15) that attaches the two components. Each cooperation unit comprises of a strip (16) disposed at the level of the components. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a rolling-blind.
