It is described an anti-EGF-R/anti-CD3 bispecific monoclonal antibody (bimAb) of hybrid isotype (IgG1/IgG2a). It is also described the construction of a hybrid hybridoma secreting such bimAb, and the purification of anti-EGF-R/anti-CD3 bimAb molecules from hybrid hybridoma performed by protein-A cation exchange chromatography. Said bimAb turned out to be useful against tumor cells showing the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R+).
