The arrangement includes a disk-shaped or ring-shaped rotor (1) and a stator (2). The stator includes devices for producing a magnetic field which causes a turn of the rotor. The rotor comprises permanent magnets (M) which cause a unipolar, in extent direction locally amplitude-modulated pre-magnetization.
