<p>Call processing apparatus and method in a video communication network of the present invention transmits real-time dynamic or still image data of a caller to a receiving terminal when a ring signal is generated to the receiving video terminal in the call connection between the receiving video terminal and an calling video terminal, so that the receiving terminal display the image data thereon, by which a receiver can easily identify an actual caller based upon the displayed dynamic or still image of the caller to selectively enable a call connection with the identified caller.
