<p>A method for manufacturing a fireproof interior material is provided to use waste fiber and paper as a raw material, which facilitates material purchase, mass-produces a cheap interior material, and does not generate noxious gas on fire. The fireproof interior material is manufactured by the steps of: dipping waste fiber 60kg, waste paper 40kg into a oxalic acid solution to be degraded and mixed; dehydrating it to 20-30% of water content; adding sodium silicate 80kg, red lead 5kg, antimony oxide 3kg, kaoline 10kg, and flux 1kg into the dehydrated fiber material; mixing it to make paste; charging it into a supply hopper(1) to be passed between the first press-drying rollers(2) of 80deg.C; and passing the obtained interior material sheet between the second press-drying rollers(3) of 120deg.C.</p> |
