<p>The arrangement for hauling down and trimming of sail comprises a device which is coupled together with mast foot and retained by a mast pin and a lock pin or at several points. The mast foot and the device for hauling down and trimming cannot rotate in relation each other. The down-hauling and trimming of the sail can be undertaken with the aid of a line and a handcrank, using very little force. Wear on the line is very slight and the handcrank and hole are positioned in relation to a clamp. The line is drawn through the clamp with very little contact and the line is firmly locked by the handcrank being rotated very slightly backwards.</p> |
