Sea water distillation procedure and system uses low-temperature vacuum distillation and external and working pressures alternately

The procedure makes alternate use of external and working pressures and an exchange reservoir to provide low-pressure compression of liquids, or a turbine-pump assembly. The exchange reservoir is a common one for taking in sea water and recuperating sweet water and incorporates a capacity probe, while a feed-recuperation computer function controls the movement of liquids from the reservoir in response to signals from the probe.
