Magnetic circuit for annular electric motors and dynamos comprises from a stator, a rotor and air gap. Stator and rotor made from elements having annular structure; there may be one, or even more, per stator and rotor. As a material for production, dynamo sheet metals are used but other suitable materials such as synthesized ferrites. Annular magnetic circuit is suitable for production of indirect and direct electric motors and dynamos of all forces, having at the same time smaller dimensions; these are simpler for production, overhauling and repair of devices having standard construction. Due to the shapes of used dynamo sheet metals during production of the device, there is significantly less rejects. Annular form of magnetic circuit enables easier cooling and reduction of air gap due to favorable effect of centrifugal moment. Construction in comparison to standard devices enables improved exploitation of materials, and even better mutual effect of magnetic induction and rotor and stator currents during conversion of mechanical energy into electrical one and vice versa. |
