A device for the displacement and orientation of an object in space incorporating an object support (18) carried by an intermediate mobile support (13) connected to a fixed frame (2) by articulated liaison components (7a, 7b, 7c), also includes: (a) a displacement system for the intermediate mobile support with some drivers (5a, 5b, 5c) for displacing an end part of each of the articulated liaison components; (b) a mechanism (14) for the orientation of the object support with respect to the mobile intermediate support.
