The motor has four electromagnets (1) to constitute a stator, and permanent magnets (3) placed in a triangular manner to constitute a rotor (2), to obtain a rotation by attraction and repulsion, upon successively supplying the electromagnets by an electronic control. The control regulates speed and power by shifting moment of supplying the electromagnets.
