When an average Iav of the measured value of the crank angle satisfies a predetermined condition, that is, a preset lower limit threshold value Imin to an upper limit threshold value Imax, and an average Isav of the deviation Is of the detecting value satisfies a condition of being a preset predetermined value Ismax or less, and when confirming that air-fuel ratio feedback control is started, the ignition timing delay control of the ignition timing is performed.
