PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit of a hydraulic elevator capable of securely preventing foreign matters from entering a flow control valve. SOLUTION: This power unit of the hydraulic elevator comprises an oil tank, a silencer, and a control panel installed on a base, an oil pump installed in a hydraulic oil in the oil tank, and the flow control valve and a stop valve sequentially connected between the oil pump and the silencer. Also, the power unit comprises a line filter connected, through a pipe, between the flow control valve and the stop valve and coping with the flow of the hydraulic oil from the flow control valve side to the stop valve side and from the stop valve side to the flow control valve side.
