PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve-like mounting tool capable of surely mounting on a pouch without using an adhesive, easily utilizing a hook or the like for hanging the pouch, and improving the ease of use of the pouch. SOLUTION: A pouch mounting tool 1a mounts a liquid passage part equipped with a spout 5 at a front face 8 of a pouch barrel part 3 below the upper end part of the pouch 2 on the pouch 2 with a shape provided by making it branch from the pouch barrel part 3. The pouch mounting tool 1a is composed of a foldable plate-like material, and has a frame body 11 capable of surrounding a part of the pouch barrel part 3. The frame body 11 has a front face frame plate body 12 to be positioned along the front face 8 of the pouch barrel part 3, a back face frame plate body 13 to be positioned along the back face of the pouch barrel part 3, and an intermediate frame plate body 14 to be positioned between the front face 8 of the pouch barrel part 3 and the liquid passage part continuously at folding lines as boundaries, and has a fastening belt body 17 for fastening the front face frame plate body 12 and the back face frame plate body 13.
