PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label affixing device capable of preventing the appearance of a label from being impaired and the label from being secularly peeled by affixing the label while preventing the occurrence of bubbles or wrinkles in a smooth surface. SOLUTION: A suction pad 30 is constituted by affixing an elastic material 36 consisting of a flat rubber plate as a suction surface 23 on a surface of a suction plate 32 consisting of an aluminum plate which is formed in a curved shape with its center portion being most projecting. A plurality of suction ports 34, etc. to temporarily suck the label L are formed. A blowing means to blow the label L toward an attachment body 22 while the label L is sucked and held by the suction pad 30 and a press-attaching means to press-attach the label L blown by the blowing means to the attachment body 22 are provided.
