PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a craft paper container capable of conveying and storing low-viscosity asphalt without leakage or breakage of the container. SOLUTION: The craft paper container 1 for low-viscosity asphalt is constituted of four layers, i.e., an innermost layer 11, a first intermediate layer 15, a second intermediate layer 19 and an outermost layer 21, and upper and lower ends are sewn by a sewing machine. The outermost layer is constituted of a craft cross paper with its inner surface laminated with a synthetic resin-made craft cloth of the melting point t (< T) where T is the filling temperature of the low-viscosity asphalt. The synthetic resin-made craft cloth around a perforation melted by the heat of the filled low-viscosity asphalt is melted and re-solidified to reinforce the portion around the perforation. Leakage or breakage of the craft cloth paper container is effectively prevented by this reinforcement. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
